Listening to the wine

The Champagne blend

For the blend, Raynald seeks the perfect marriage between different aromas, plots, grape varieties, and soils. He also adds reserve wine, which he keeps quietly in his cellar thanks to a perpetual reserve method.

A principle guaranteeing the continuity of the style specific to Maison Dambron & Fils and maintaining this optimal quality year after year.

Once the blending is complete, the wine is bottled and aged in the cellar for a minimum of 36 months. This stage requires patience. It's essential to adapt to the wine's rhythm, allowing it the time it needs to develop fully and achieve its full character.

From beginning to end

What drives Raynald every day is the complete winemaking process, from harvesting the grapes to marketing his bottles. It's a process from start to finish that requires a little work and a lot of passion. Pressing, vinification, storage, sales… every step is carried out on the estate.
